All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%.
International orders may be subject to local taxes and customs charges which are paid by the buyer.
Prices exclude any postage & packaging costs which will be added at checkout.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We accept all major credit cards, please call our gallery to make payment or alternatively pay online using Paypal's secure server or let WorldPay handle your payment.

We aim to ship orders within 4 working days of receiving your payment. If a print or sculpture is out of stock and we cannot locate a copy from the publishers, a full refund will be issued within 48 hours. In the event that an item needs to be ordered from the publishers, you must allow 7 working days for delivery.
Stock items of Jewellery will be shipped within 4 working days. In the event that the item needs to be ordered from the suppliers, you must allow 28 days for delivery allowing time for the item to have the UK hallmark added where required..

All shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart once you have selected the delivery destination.
All shipments are fully insured during transit.
RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
You may return any items (excluding earrings) in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery and we will either exchange them or refund you.
We are unable to refund postage costs unless the items are damaged or if we have sent the wrong item.
For your own protection, you should ensure the items are adequately insured while in transit.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Contract shall be deemed to be made in England . All Contracts made between Howarth Gallery and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
