All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at 17.5%.
International orders may be subject to local taxes and customs charges which are paid by the buyer.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We accept all major credit cards, please call our gallery to make payment or alternatively pay online using Paypal's secure server or submit payment through our own SSL encrypted server.
We aim to ship orders within 4 working days of receiving your payment. If a print or sculpture is out of stock and we cannot locate a copy from the publishers, a full refund will be issued within 48 hours. In the event that an item needs to be ordered from the publishers, you must allow 7 working days for delivery.
Stock items of Jewellery will be shipped within 4 working days. In the event that the item needs to be ordered from the suppliers, you must allow 28 days for delivery.
Postage cost from our fineart area of the website are charged at £10 for orders under £150 with free delivery on orders above £150 to UK postal addresses. Please email for a quote for international orders.
You may return any items (excluding earrings) in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will either exchange them or refund you.
We are unable to refund postage costs unless the items are damaged or if we have sent the wrong item.
For your own protection, you should ensure the items are adequately insured while in transit.
The Contract shall be deemed to be made in England . All Contracts made between Howarth Gallery and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.

Our Diamond Club Membership Card can only be used in our gallery against the purchase of items in store giving the holder a 10% discount. This discount may not be applied to items that are already reduced such as sale items or special promotions.
