PRICING
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT @ 20%.

Prices exclude any postage & packaging costs which may be added depending on order value.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

We accept all major credit cards, please submit payment through our SSL encrypted server or call our gallery on +44 (1282) 416079.

DELIVERY
We aim to ship orders within 4 working days of receiving your payment.

DELIVERY CHARGES
All orders placed qualify for free shipping with the below options available:

Orders below £70 will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Orders £70 and over will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
You may return any items (excluding earrings) in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will either exchange them or refund you.
We are unable to refund postage costs unless the items are damaged or if we have sent the wrong item.
For your own protection, you should ensure the items are adequately insured while in transit.
Please email the gallery before returning any items at sales@howarth-gallery.co.uk and we will provide you with a returns code and address.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Contract shall be deemed to be made in England. All Contracts made between Howarth Gallery and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
